Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also look it up above using your order number.
What to expect
- Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
- Tracking can take 2–5 days to begin showing scan updates after the number is issued. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
- Most orders arrive within 7–15 days of being placed.
If something looks wrong
My tracking number shows no information
Give it 2–5 days from the moment the number was issued. Scans only begin once the parcel reaches its first sorting facility, so a number that returns nothing on day one is expected.
I never received a tracking email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us with your order number and we will send it to you.
It has been more than 30 days
Contact us and we will refund or reship your order, whichever you prefer. The full terms are in our shipping policy.
I entered the wrong address
We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the return cost.
